Chocolate Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup unroasted cashew nuts
- 10-12 pitted dates (soaked in hot water for 10 mins and drained)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- Desiccated coconut (optional)
Preparation
- Place cashew nuts in a food processor and pulse into a fine meal
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse again until well combined
- Roll about 1/2 tbsp of the mixture into a ball with your hands and roll in to the desiccated coconut (if using)
- Chill for at least 1 hour until ready to eat
