In order to give you some idea of how much it would costs to prepare the dishes we list on this blog, we provide an estimate of the total cost for all ingredients included in the recipe.
Please note that this is an estimate only and that your costs may differ dramatically. Also, our costs do not include the full costs for purchasing the individual spices in the recipe.
We live in Melbourne, Australia and all costs are based on the local supermarket prices here. We then convert the total costs into US$.
